Partner Program Policy

These terms (the “Partner Program Terms”) govern the platform www.JobPrepindia.com (“JobPrep”) partner program (“Partner Program”). If you agree to JobPrep’s Partner Program, you can contribute through your user account agreeing to the terms that your submissions will be moderated, edited, and improved by the JobPrep team. Whether to publish your content or not is the sole discretion of the Jobprep. The content will be put behind a paywall made available to subscribers or on-demand purchasers on Pay Per View basis. You will be gratified through issuance of credit points by the JobPrep that will enable you to opt for coupons or vouchers to make online purchases. This is a reward for your openness and intent to support others through sharing your experiences and delivering learning oriented content to the students at large via our platform that strives to curate and deliver such content. Each time a user signs up and subscribes to the content contributed by you, we will calculate the nature of the view from the user and appropriately credit the points commensurate with those views into your account.
By participating in the Partner Program, you agree to these Partner Program Terms, as well as Jobprep’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Rules, and all other terms and conditions that apply to the www.jobprepindia.com website, mobile applications, and any other JobPrep or its authorized affiliate’s service or product (collectively, the “Terms”). Please read the Partner Program Terms carefully. If you don’t understand them, or don’t accept any part of them, then you can’t participate in the Partner Program. Your acceptance of JobPrep’s Partner Program Terms forms a binding agreement between you and Jobprep and shows your intent to be bound by them.
Automatic Eligibility & Twin Role Allocation - You Agree to This Method
All users who sign up jobprepindia.com either through the portal directly or through invitation to them from any institution or intermediary agency will have an automatic eligibility to be part of the partner program and contribute content subject to terms. Those who prefer not to participate in the Partner Program must explicitly state so by not agreeing to the terms during the sign-up.
Earning Credits on Content
The video posts and other content on JobPrep are made available to the users against a certain number of coins that the user buys / accumulates so as to consume content on the jobprep platform. For each video post / content contributed by you, you have the opportunity to receive and accumulate credits based on various performance factors, including viewer / reader engagement, type of views, comments, likes, etc. Based on the performance, type of views, etc, the JobPrep platform will assign to you a certain number of credits based on the coins value / fees / subscriptions that Jobprep receives, as determined by Jobprep. You will be sent an intimation from time to time about your credits that have accrued to you as described in the ACCRUAL AND AVAILING THE CREDITS YOU HAVE EARNED section below. JobPrep reserves the right to adjust at any time the factors by which the content consumption performance and credits are determined.
Necessary Rights
You may submit in the video (i.e. place it behind Jobprep’s paywall) if you have sufficient rights to make commercial use of the content in it, including text, video, and audio elements. JobPrep may require you to provide documentation proving you own sufficient rights.
Termination
Jobprep platform is an outcome of the vision that seeks to help a large section of students entering from education to employment sectors. It is intended to utilize the good nature of senior students who have gone through the selection process for internships, jobs, etc., and share their experiences and help other students understand and succeed. Therefore, we are consciously combining the cause with our commercial interests. In the event of termination of your account either on your initiative or we have to cancel or limit your account on account of the right we hold to suspend or delete or terminate accounts, we do not automatically delete the content you have contributed. The accrual of credits will cease, and over a reasonable period of time, we can ultimately take down the content. But it will be determined by us as to when it is due to be taken down.
If your participation in the Partner Program is terminated for any reason, your content will no longer generate credits for you even though it continues to be subscribed and viewed by users.
Accrual and Availing the Credits You Have Earned
To accrue or avail the credits under the Partner Program, you must be a Partner Program participant in good standing (meaning, for example, your earning of credits is not currently disabled, you are not currently suspended, you are not violating Terms or have not violated the Terms, or have not been terminated), have at all times an active Jobprep account. Jobprep does not owe you any credits or revenue that may be associated with your content during any period when you are not in good standing in the Partner Program, do not have a valid Jobprep account. Jobprep reserves the right to require that your credits balance meet a minimum threshold before Jobprep makes it available for withdrawal. In the event that you quit or are removed from the Partner Program, Jobprep will disburse the options meeting the credits balance to you up to and through the date you are no longer in the Partner Program, regardless of the minimum threshold.
Changes or Discontinuation of Partner Program
Jobprep reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Partner Program. Jobprep will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or termination. Jobprep may change these Partner Program Terms from time to time so we encourage you to periodically review this page for the most up-to-date version.
Taxes
If required by law, you are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes in connection with your participation in the Partner Program. Such taxes may include duties, customs fees, or other taxes (other than income tax), along with any related penalties or interest.
Governing Law & Forum
The governing law, and dispute resolution provisions of Jobprep’s Terms of Service also apply to these Partner Program Terms and any dispute arising under them.
Miscellaneous
You participate in the Partner Program at your own risk. You agree that you are solely responsible for your actions in connection with the Partner Program, any breach of your obligations under the Partner Program Terms, and for the consequences of any such breach. You, in general, agree to comply with applicable laws and regulatory standards and guidelines.
Any capitalized terms used but not defined in these Partner Program Terms have the meanings given to them in Jobprep’s Terms of Service. Except as modified by these Partner Program Terms, Jobprep’s Terms of Service remain in effect. Jobprep’s right to modify or revise the Terms of Service also applies to these Partner Program Terms.
